Did It!

So I swore I was getting on that treadmill today and I DID! I did 33 minutes of interval jogging and incline. I didn't want to overdo it and I feel great. I finished right before midnight, so I am proud of myself. I probably didnt burn that many calories, but I watched what I ate today and tomorrow is another day.

I did not, however, get my essential water intake. So I really need to commit to drinking my 64 oz a day. It isn't that hard, only 4 big cups a day. So, tomorrow, will make sure I do that.
