Goodnight!

So to finish up the day--

I had a good dinner: 1 salmon patty, 2 cups steamed green beans, 1 small baked potato.
Then, I had a 30 min. PM Yoga DVD. So I feel relaxed, less stressed out, and actually pretty happy. I dont usually go to bed happy. Ambivalent, exhausted, annoyed, bored, dreading the next day--those are more likely emotions at bedtime, not happy. So, all in all, I think I really set the tone for a great week. Hope everyone else had a good Monday too!

When I go to bed feeling stressed I lay on my back, intentionally relax my body from my feet to my head and then I concentrate on something that makes me happy...for me it is sun, sand and water...a beach scene...relaxes me in no time!!

I LOVE the beach--it's my favorite place to be. Someday I will move to Florida or South Carolina just so I can be close to the water.

Part of my problem with sleep is that I have a tv in my room and watch it at night. I need to turn it off and try to sleep without it. It is SUCH a bad habit!!
