Kateedyd's Goal for the Week



Man, there are SO many things I need to learn to work on that I won't be running out of weekly goals any day soon. However, this week I had to go with no baked sweets.

Last night I found myself battling the cookie jar after my oh so supportive mother decided to bake some butter cookies. Trying to reason with reason, I heard myself in my head saying "oh come on, one won't be so bad...even half of one...maybe a crumb?" I was very proud of myself when I didn't even open it to get just a whiff of them.

I haven't realized how much I rely on a cookie, cake, or even a couple of microwaved smores. Yeah, it's pretty bad. So, this week instead of those, I am training myself to have a yogurt, a piece of fruit (grapefruit slices included), or even another glass or two of water to finish me off.
