Something new I wanted to incorporate along with the quest to get healthy is to set a weekly goal. It can be anything that we are having trouble with that might be easier to conquer with a one week goal as opposed to indefinitely. My goal this week is to refrain from alcohol! I am not an alcoholic, BUT I do love a glass of wine or beer at night. That is bad for weight loss so I need to stop. It is a little tough since dh isnt joining in with me, but, I will be proud of myself if I get through the week.
I am anxious to see what the other girls came up with!
