Well I lost two pounds this week! Yay! I'm happy with that. I wish I could of lost more, but I knew I wouldn't. I have cut down a lot on what I am eating, and have been making better choices with what I eat. I just absolutely despise exercise. I hate it, hate it, hate it!!!! I know that I eventually have to do it to lose weight, but I really don't want to...lol!
I did however by the Wii Fitness Coach game for the Wii, so I'm hoping that it will help me. It should be good. I've heard good things about it. I also bought a new exercise dvd, so I can vary it up a little bit, so I don't get bored. I get bored easily...lol!
So next week I am hoping for at least another two pound weight loss..
